Family of Faith
Family of Faith is a cross-generational initiative (not a program as much as a partnership and perspective) focused on nurturing the development of “faith at home” skills by:
Enabling Oakdale Emory’s “family” of all ages to communicate not just knowledge about God (head faith) but also what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ (heart faith).
Equipping parents to pass on the faith to their children by modeling Christian values, connecting religious truths to lived experiences and making faith-talk a part of each family's daily life and vocabulary.
