On June 21-25, 2010 we will be sailing with Group's High Seas Expedition at Oakdale Emory. Scheduled Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon, the children learn Bible stories that are reinforced through music, drama, crafts, games and snacks. All children ages 4 through the completion of 5th grade are welcome!  Registration opens in the middle of April and fills up fast. Our maximum enrollment is 250 children - so don't wait to fill out your registration forms. If you volunteer your time as an adult, you are able to register before the community.

We welcome youth and adult volunteers from our church and the community to help with this ministry. Youth receive SSL hours for their service, provided their service is enthusiastic and diligent. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved from donating items and completing craft projects at home to volunteering to assist or lead an activity for the week of VBS. You will feel God’s awesome presence during this week of Christian worship and fellowship.
