Nursery Ministry
Oakdale Emory’s nursery ministry allows parents an opportunity for spiritual growth, while knowing their children are receiving basic Biblical truths in an age appropriate manner along with quality, loving care. The nursery ministry is an exciting ministry with “new additions” added often. Our nursery (through age 2) is located downstairs in the education wing and is available at both the 9:00 and 10:30 worship times.
We have one Nursery Attendant who is here each Sunday for both services. Other nursery care givers serve one time per month. There is no previous experience required – just a love for the children. The benefits of being part of the nursery ministry include: newborn snuggles, toddler hugs and kisses and a knowledge that the parents of the children are learning about Jesus – some for the very first time.
