The membership secretary maintains a written record of all membership activities within Oakdale Emory. The secretary meets and reviews information packets with new members during their orientation class, stressing  the      importance of completing interoffice forms. He/she also prepares newsletter articles with information about new members. Statistical information is provided for the Annual Reports to Conference.
